We ship throughout South Africa and to most African countries using trusted courier partners.
All in-stock items dispatch from Gauteng, South Africa.
Some items – such as projectors, speakers, or specialised accessories-may be shipped directly from our distributors depending on availability.
If you are located outside South Africa, we will confirm delivery options, costs, and estimated timelines before finalising your order.
Processing & Dispatch Times
In-stock items: Dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment reflects.
Pre-orders / out-of-stock items: Clearly indicated on product pages with estimated lead times.
Custom-branded items: Additional production time applies; timelines will be communicated during ordering.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm stock and delivery timelines.

Elsewhere in Africa

Shipping Fees

Remote, hard-to-reach, or cross-border destinations may incur higher courier charges.

Order Tracking
All dispatched orders include a tracking number sent to your email so you can follow your parcel’s delivery progress.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Someone must be available to receive the parcel.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may:
Attempt delivery again, or
Request collection from a pickup point
Any re-delivery or return-to-sender fees may be passed on to the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
International (African) Returns & Customs
Cross-border deliveries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns for international orders must be arranged with our team beforehand, and return shipping costs will apply.
