Once you’ve reviewed the quote and are satisfied with the details, simply let us know, and we’ll proceed with sending you the invoice.
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit payment, and upon receipt of this, we’ll lock in your reservation for the chosen date.
For the best possible viewing experience we suggest starting your entertainment just around sundown.
The darker the better. You’ll have the option of playing music through our sound system upon initial setup.
Scenima is unfortunately not a dry hire option and delivery and setup is a requirement.
A dedicated team member will arrive approximately 2 hours before the start of your event. The set-up process typically takes about 40 minutes.
Due to licensing and copyright laws, the media source (DVD, Blue-ray, video game, etc.) must be provided by the client.
We accept movies in various formats to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
Whether it’s stored on a USB stick, TV box, or laptop, we’ve got you covered. Our team will arrive equipped with all the necessary cables to connect your chosen device to our projector.
If you’re hosting a private party at your home with only friends and family in attendance, you do NOT need a film license, but you do need to own the entertainment content – DVD, Blue-ray, video game, etc.
If you plan on staging a movie night that is open to the public, and/or if tickets will be sold, you WILL need to purchase the appropriate non-theatrical license.
We can assist in that process.
Their noise level is compatible with the ambient outdoor noise and will not interfere with the quality of the sound system of your open-air cinema.
You may change your event dates due to an inclement weather forecast. We will do our best to accommodate you with an available date.
You must call to reschedule at least 3 hours prior to your event start time and/or before our staff has begun traveling to your event.

Scenima only provides the outdoor movie equipment rental service, we do not provide the movie itself. You are welcome to provide any film keeping in mind the legal requirements for screening a movie in public and selling of tickets.
